I was born in the beautiful Czech Republic and relocated to the United Arab Emirates in 2004, at a time when Dubai Marina was just a single tower and the grandeur of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa had yet to be realized.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of living in almost all the emirates, except for Sharjah and Ajman. My longest stay was in Dubai, where I resided for a decade. However, since 2017, I have found my home in Ras Al Khaimah, a place that captivated me with its exceptional quality of life. Living by the sea, surrounded by mountains, and enjoying a more relaxed atmosphere, Ras Al Khaimah offers the opportunity to access high-quality services akin to those found in Dubai, which is just an hour away.

Living in the United Arab Emirates has been an incredible journey, allowing me to meet people from all corners of the globe without ever feeling like a foreigner. Each emirate possesses its own distinct culture and character. While I hold a deep affection for my homeland, the Czech Republic, I am truly grateful for the extraordinary experiences and perspectives that the UAE has bestowed upon me.
My View on Real Estate
Having personally experienced the advantages of property ownership in Ras Al Khaimah compared to Dubai and other global destinations, our real estate company primarily focuses on this area. Ras Al Khaimah, with its continuous growth in tourism and business, has the potential to become one of the most promising markets in the United Arab Emirates.
While real estate prices are steadily increasing at a rate of 10-25% per year, they remain at a favorable level, particularly when compared to Dubai. This presents a significant advantage for investors seeking opportunities in the UAE property market.
Another notable advantage in the United Arab Emirates is that 70% of residents prefer renting housing, whether on a long-term or short-term basis. This means that even if you choose to furnish your property and rent it out on a short-term basis, you can easily attract daily rentals during the tourist season and monthly rentals from local residents during the off-season. This flexibility provides excellent income potential for property owners.
Overall, the combination of rising property values, favorable pricing, and high rental demand makes Ras Al Khaimah an appealing and promising destination for real estate investment.
My Career
I pursued my studies in International Trade at the University of Economics in Prague, equipping myself with a strong foundation in the field. Following my academic journey, I embarked on a professional career in the Czech Republic, where I gained valuable experience in corporate finance. From my early role as an independent accountant, I gradually progressed to become a financial director for a successful Czech company.
Seeking new opportunities, I ventured to Dubai, where I continued to build upon my finance expertise. I had the privilege of working for several years with a British developer that specialized in serviced apartments. During this time, I honed my skills in financial management within the real estate sector.
My journey then led me to join Tetrapak, an esteemed Swedish international company. For a remarkable span of nine years, I held a top management position, overseeing operations in the Middle East and Africa region. This role exposed me to the complexities and dynamics of managing a multinational business in diverse markets.
The amalgamation of my academic background, experience in corporate finance, and leadership roles in reputable companies has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set to navigate the intricacies of the real estate industry in the United Arab Emirates.




How do I see De la more
To me, De la more represents the best place for a person, who wants to acquire the maximum amount of information within the framework of purchasing real estate or a larger investment plan in the UAE, and together with our help wants to execute this plan. My goal is that every single customer should feel a great level of satisfaction from all the assistance provided in real estate services provided, all of this at a highestprofessional level.

The long-term desire to build my own base in the Middle East has become a reality for me in 2019. It was during this period that I decided to leave the Czech Republic, which I still consider my first home, and began to penetrate more and more into the Arab world. I gradually gained experience in business, but also in everyday life, through working in two emirates, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
From my point of view, the UAE is one of the most unique locations to live and spend a vacation in the entire world and can offer qualities of life that you cannot find elsewhere. Yes, this place naturally doesn't suit everybody. But if you fall in love with local culture and places, then you know that we have the first thing in common that we can share together.

My Career
My journey started in the world of web design, however, I never felt like a web developer and I gradually transitioned into the field of information technology, namely on the side of IT recruitment. During my almost five years of work, my focus, in addition to later managing the company, was mainly the recruitment of senior IT developers from abroad. Upon arriving in the Emirates, I co-founded a company for the import and distribution of goods, which is still active to this day. During my time in the UAE, I was also actively involved in the development of interior and exterior renovations for residential projects, from design to implementation through cooperation with local building contractors.
